Workshop Open Evening

Come and fix your own bike!

Workshop open evenings take place every Thursday evening from 6:00pm to 8:30pm and cost £5 per person.

What do you get for your £5?

• Use of our professional tools and workstands

• Easy access to more new and used components & spares than you can shake a stick at

• A helping hand from other attendees and from Jake's Bikes staff

• A great, sociable, fun couple of hours on a weekday evening

• The use of work gloves, apron, oil, grease etc. at no extra cost

• Tea, coffee and biscuits

At present these "fix your own bike" sessions are open to all, but if they become popular we may have to limit numbers so to avoid disappointment please check the Jake's Bikes website before you turn up in the future, or click here to sign up for email announcements.

We do not provide formal tuition or bike servicing in these "fix your own bike" sessions. Although we are happy to assist where we can, it is assumed that you will already have the skills and knowledge to work on your own bike, albeit using our tools and facilities. If you are not confident that you can do this yet, you may be interested in our one-to-one tuition, bike maintenance evening classes or bike repairs and servicing.
