Bumped into Simon Barnes and his glorious wheelchair bike (and dog) on Pero's bridge. He's had the bike for about 12 years and was interested to hear about plans to get more of them around Bristol http://www.betterbybike.info/cycling-project-helps-disabled-people-aim-h...
