There is renewed interest in a world naked bike ride for Bristol!
I have stepped up as a Ride Co-ordinator for Bristol World Naked Bike Ride and would love to see lots of people taking part in this ride. It is planned for June 12th or 13th 2010.
I have booked a space for an initial World Naked Bike Ride planning meeting in Bristol, next Wednesday 17th March, 5.30pm at 35 King Street, BS1 4DZ, just along from Renato's, by the row of bike stands, same street as Bristol Old Vic and The Old Duke pub. It's on the ground floor. Apologies for short notice but need to get on with it as I'm away for Easter. The plan is to get to know each other a bit, watch the film and then go over to Renato's after 6.30pm roughly, for more chatting and planning.
I've never done this before so I'm looking for lots of enthusiastic help! I've gathered a few people allready, including somebody who was on the very first London ride...
Anybody who can't make this one get in touch and I'll email you minutes and there'll be another meeting soon, after easter at the latest. There is also a Yahoo Group called wnbr-bristolbath, you can join to keep up to date.
You can also register your interest on the world naked bike ride website (see above).
