Bristol Cycle Festival grant forms now available
Bristol Cycle Festival runs between September 11-26th and the organisers want your help in planning what happens. Fill in a grant form and apply for funding of up to £500 to support a local event during the Festival.
This funding comes in addition to the regular Cycling City community events and organisation grants available throughout the year. |

Hungry? Take breakfast on us
Bristol and South Gloucestershire councils are putting on free breakfasts for people cycling (or walking) to work this month.
Cycle along to College Green on Wednesday 23 June, or the breakfast marque alongside the Avon Ring Road (near the MOD roundabout) on Wednesday 16 June for some tasty breakfast treats.
Remember, if your bike isn't roadworthy you can wheel it down to either event and get a free service from Dr Bike, our on-site mechanic. |

Cyclists urged to help tackle biggest cycling mystery
NHS Bristol and Cycling City are running a national survey to find out the cause of 'non-collision incidents' - things like hitting pot holes, slipping on wet leaves or crashing due to a faulty bike.
If you've been involved in a non-collision cycle incident fill in this online survey and help us to understand why these accidents are occurring. |

Family cycle treasure hunt coming up
Visit Bristol Bath Railway Path on Sunday 13 June and take part in Dinotour, the dinosaur themed cycling tour of the traffic free cycle path. Collect the clues and you'll be in with a chance of winning a prize.
Face painting and free bike checks will be on offer too, plus food and drink stalls. Find out more here.
