This photo was taken at the 95 mile Autumn Epic in Knighton, Mid Wales. It took most competitors between 5 and 7 hours.
This chap did it in 5hr 31m and was fine for the first 90 miles but the final 2.5 mile climb to the finish completely finished him off. A chilli followed an hour later by a McDonalds was all it took to recover.
