Brunel Way pump track under the flyover gets an all new tarmac facelift courtesy of local trail builders Architrail, who carried out the work at cost using funding from Bristol City Council.
The newly resurfaced track is open 24/7, and it’s also lit from above for those winter evening laps. It’s easiest to ride there – take the Festival Way cycle path from the city centre – but there’s car parking on Ashton Avenue on the north side of the river and at Clift House Road (near Safestore) if you’re coming from the south.
