Big Spring Ride coming up in May

And if you can't get enough of riding in and around Bristol then you'll surely be eyeing up the Big Spring Ride - a 26-mile round trip to Chew Lake, organised by Bristol Cycle Campaign and Cycle Bristol CTC on Sunday May 8th. Families welcome, picnics very welcome!

Top marks for cycle parking in Bristol

Last month Bristol was ranked joint top for cycling facilities, with cycle parking and kilometres of cycle lanes both being highlighted. • Hundreds of new cycle signs and on-street markings throughout the city
• A new cycle bridge over M5 at Lawrence Weston is now open
  
• 'Pinchpoints' project brings one-way contraflows, improved junctions and a re-designed Redcliffe Bridge to the city centre
